Service Description
Pricing starts with a $9.99 setup fee for design and machine preparation, plus $14.99 for the customization process, for a starting total of $24.99. Standard turnaround time is typically 24–48 hours, depending on the current workshop queue and project complexity. Rush service may be available for an additional $19 fee. Rush orders are typically completed within 2–3 hours, subject to current machine availability, workshop workload, and manager approval. Rush service must be requested before 15:00, Monday through Friday. Saturday rush service is not guaranteed and must be confirmed by phone at 210-901-8682. A rush spot is not reserved until the request has been approved by the manager on duty and the $19 rush fee has been paid. The $19 rush fee is non-refundable once the rush spot has been reserved, because that production time is specifically held for your order and is no longer available to other customers. Machine availability must always be confirmed before accepting the rush order.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 210-901-8682 at least 2 hrs. before your booking time. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations and Refunds: 48 Hours or More Before the Session: Customers who cancel their session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a full refund. Less Than 48 Hours Before the Session: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will not be eligible for a full refund. Customers will receive one of the following options: Store Credit for the full amount paid, to be used for future bookings or purchases. A refund of 70% of the total amount paid (30% processing and slot occupancy fee applies). Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled once without additional charges if the request is made at least 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session will incur a $10 fee. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session time may be reduced to accommodate the next booking. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled and treated as a no-show. Force Majeure: In case of emergencies, such as severe weather or technical issues, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Customers will be contacted directly in such cases.
