WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept common payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, and in-store payments. Availability may vary depending on the order type. Custom orders require full pre-payment before design and production begin.
HOW DO CUSTOM ORDERS WORK?
Most custom projects include a design mockup within 48 hours. Customers have a 3-day approval window to approve the mockup or request changes. After approval, production typically takes 5–7 business days.
WILL I SEE A MOCKUP BEFORE PRODUCTION?
Yes. Most custom orders include a mockup before production. Approval confirms that spelling, layout, names, dates, wording, artwork placement, and design details are correct.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless the item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or differs from the approved mockup. Please review our full Return & Exchange Policy for complete details.
DO YOU SHIP ORDERS?
Yes. We ship within the United States using available carriers depending on the item and destination. Shipping and packaging are charged separately. Delivery times are estimated and may vary by carrier.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER LOCALLY?
Yes. Local pickup is available at Rolling Oaks Mall.
HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD PICKUP ORDERS?
Orders ready for pickup are held for 60 days. After 60 days, the order may be considered abandoned unless a one-time written extension is requested and approved.
