How long does it take to complete an order?Production time depends on the complexity of the project. Regular turnaround is usually between 2 to 5 business days. If you need something sooner — even same-day — we offer rush options for an additional fee. This fee covers the disruption of scheduled production and may include overtime in our workshop. Rush services are available in 1-hour, 3-hour, or 5-hour turnaround options, depending on availability.

Do you offer fully customized products?Yes! We offer fully customized products, and you can also bring your own item to personalize. You can choose texts, logos, shapes, finishes, and even provide your own designs. We’ll send you a digital mockup for approval before production.

More questions about our process, customization, and policiesYou can find answers to common questions below: How can I approve my design? Once we create your mockup, we’ll send it via text or email. Simply reply with “Approved” to start production. Do you ship orders, or are they pickup only? We offer both! You can pick up your order from our location at Rolling Oaks Mall, San Antonio TX, or request shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Packaging & handling fees apply. What is your return policy for custom items? All personalized products are final sale. However, if there’s any issue with the quality or accuracy of your order, we’ll work with you to make it right. Can I bring my own item to personalize? Yes. We accept outside items for laser engraving or UV printing. Just let us know what you're bringing so we can evaluate feasibility and cost. What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash (in store). Full payment is required before production begins on custom orders.
