The Answers You Need

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept different types of payments from the major brands of credit cards, and others. You can also pay with cash or commercial checks (no personal checks) registered under your business name. If you are tax exempt, we require a valid Texas Resale Certificate or IRS-issued documentation. Please submit the form prior to placing your order so it can be validated and applied.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All custom work and orders are non-refundable. However, we guarantee customer satisfaction in quality, service and turnaround. To avoid confusion, we require pre-approval of all custom designs before production. You will receive a digital preview via text or email, and production only begins after you reply “Approved.”

In rare situations where a client is not satisfied for a justified reason, WIC Gifts may issue a store credit to allow a second purchase. This is not a refund — it is a credit usable only in-store. Each case is evaluated individually.

We are not responsible for customer mistakes after design approval. Please send questions to wicgifts@gmail.com  for clarification.
 

Do you send orders to other states?

Yes, we ship orders across the United States. We do not ship to other countries at this time. However, if you have a special case, we can evaluate your request. Please contact our admin team in advance at wicgifts@gmail.com  to arrange any exceptions.
